Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes — we deliver to all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for certain areas — contact us on WhatsApp for urgent orders.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees depend on your order size and location. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at any time for a real-time update on your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Dubai. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in original condition. Please contact us on WhatsApp or by email before returning any item so we can arrange a smooth process.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, opened cleaning chemical products, dispensed consumables (tissue, soap refills), and personalised or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Are your products genuine and quality-assured?
Yes. We have been supplying professional cleaning and hygiene products in the UAE since 1990. All products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers including IPC (Italy), Celtex (Italy), Cisne (Spain), Haug Bürsten (Germany), Baiyun (China), and our own Hygiene System brand made in the UAE.
Can I order in bulk or get a better price for large quantities?
Absolutely. We supply hotels, facilities management companies, schools, hospitals, and large businesses across the UAE. For bulk orders or regular supply contracts, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email and we will provide a tailored quote.
I can't find a product I'm looking for. Can you source it?
We have a large catalogue beyond what's listed online. If you're looking for a specific product, reach out to us on WhatsApp and our team will do their best to help.
Do you supply spare parts or consumables for dispensers and machines?
Yes — we stock refills, spare parts, and consumables for most dispensers and machines we sell. Search for your product model on the store or contact us for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery (for select areas), and bank transfer for large orders. Payment options are displayed at checkout.
